Yes. Each account is secured at an organizational level and is only accessible to those who you choose to invite to login to your account. This is your own private People Hub. There are multiple user roles that you can use when inviting others to your account, offering you additional control over how your network is managed.
No. Nunchi has built a proprietary retrieval augmented generation (RAG) that allows us to securely connect your data to best-in-class large language models (LLMSs) Anthropic and Google. Using a RAG securely enables the LLM(s) to access and use information from your data sources without integrating them into the LLM training data. When you use the Nunchi AI Assistant, it allows LLM(s) to leverage your data at runtime by retrieving relevant information when needed. This provides you with contextually relevant and more accurate results.
Yes. Nunchi turns spreadsheet lists into a visual, data enriched interactive Hub by providing the option to upload or integrate with csv/xls, Google Sheets, Google Forms. Our Slack integration turns chat threads into valuable insights to better serve the people in your network. To make your data more accessible and usable, we are able to connect to other CRM and marketing tools via API. We will continue to offer additional integrations to some of the most common tools that our customers are already using. If there are specific tools that you wish to integrate, our team is always available to discuss how we can support your needs.

Yes. Nunchi is designed as a relationship-first platform.
Memberships that use Nunchi can offer their members the additional amenity of access to their private People Hub where they can claim their own profile card, search for what they are looking for from across the network and build direct connections to other members. Nunchi will provide each member with their own recommendations, based on their profile - making it even easier for members to find valuable connections and resources.
All account holders have the option to invite the people in their network to access their private People Hub - empowering everyone to discover and connect!
Nunchi currently supports any text-based data and data files as well as some image files. In the future, we intend to support other data, such as video and audio.
How do you best serve the people/members in your network if you do not understand who they are and what are their needs?
Our customers come to us for support in keeping their data up-to-date with relevant information about their people/members - ie, work and life changes, interests, what introductions they are looking for. If you opt for data enrichment as part of your plan, Nunchi pairs your existing people data with data that we aggregate and synthesize from across the web. Essentially, any publicly available information that we are able to find and validate to help you serve your network, will be provided in the Nunchi hub and searchable via our Assistant. We take this one step further by providing you with links to each data source so you know exactly where the cited information was retrieved.
This provides you with automatic data entry and more importantly, unique insights into your people and how you can best connect the right people or resources to each other at the right time in their journey!
Yes. Nunchi saves you hundreds of hours in data aggregation and data entry. The data that is generated is editable, depending upon the user’s role within the organization. The owner of any individual profile card who has access to the account, will also have full control over what information is included and displayed on their own profile card.
If a Membership network customer invites individual members to their People Hub, the individual members are offered the option to immediately review and make any changes to their profile card upon receiving the invitation to join. For some of the AI-generated sections, users will not be able to make changes unless they would like to refresh the profile card. These sections are clearly labeled and offer the option to be hidden from view.
