The Basics
Nunchi is a web-based platform, a lot like using Hubspot or Canva. It requires individual login. To get started with your automated people intelligence hub, it requires you to provide a basic level of data that can be as simple as uploading a csv or selecting an integration. We turn faceless spreadsheet lines into a visual, interactive directory.
Nunchi acts like a research assistant by automatically enriching your data so you can best understand your people and create personalized communications and experiences to support them.
Nunchi AI Assistant empowers you to be a superconnector to your people network by providing natural language search (think Perplexity) and personalized recommendations on how to best support each person! We use best-in-class AI providers (like Anthropic and Google) and are constantly switching to the best option as soon as new models come out.

You control your network
As the account holder, you have complete control over your people data. Nunchi offers additional value to you and your people network when everyone is invited to access the people hub! As a Membership group and relationship builder, think of Nunchi as your relationship concierge - providing staff and community managers the data and tools to automatically support members; providing members and interactive place to connect and engage with each other.
Everything stored in industry standard, encrypted infrastructure
Data is stored in our US-hosted Google Virtual Private Cloud. It is encrypted at rest and in transit and is backed up daily.
